Posted in: Blogs, Company News

Delegates from Doulton Water will fly out to China next month for the largest water management trade show in Asia. With a global reach, the Staffordshire-based company has previously been represented at the show but this is the first time that representatives from the UK will make the trip to Aquatech China, which takes place in Shanghai from 3rd to 5th June.

Joining with Doulton delegates from Hong Kong and China, the UK visitors will forge stronger relationships with trade partners as well as working on the challenges facing the water industry in Asia. The issues of accessibility and quality are key considerations across the world in water management and as the Chinese government works to improve standards the show represents an excellent opportunity for industry leaders to discuss best practices and new innovations.

On display at the Aquatech China show will be the very best water management products from across the world. With a history stretching back 190 years, Doulton Water Filters has remained at the forefront of the industry. Committed to achieving the very best results in water filtration through ceramic and other complementary technology, Doulton water filters reduce up to 99.99% of common contaminants.

Our drive for quality has been matched by a commitment to achieve longevity by maintaining performance for the life of the filter and cutting waste. A Doulton water filter only needs to be replaced every six to 12 months.

Doulton's Managing Director, Simeon Gabriel, who will be attending the show, said: "Pushing technologies and research to constantly improve the quality and accessibility of drinking water in a sustainable manner means working together as an industry as well as challenging each other. Water management has many diverse purposes, but in terms of drinking water, discovering and discussing what is new, what works well in specific geographies and maintaining high standards is a rewarding experience that inspires development across the industry. We are looking forward to meeting industry leaders to share our future vision for Doulton's products and brand on a world stage."

Doulton Water Filters has been based in Staffordshire, the heartland of the ceramics industry, since the late 1800s where it manufactures water filtration systems that are supplied across the world.
